Terms & Conditions
The terms on which Mobile Tyre Fitter 247 supplies mobile tyre fitting and related roadside services. These terms apply to every job we quote for and carry out.

1. Who we are
Mobile Tyre Fitter 247 is the trading name used for the mobile tyre and roadside services described on this site, based at 24 Anson Green, Newport, Gwent, Wales NP19 9GN. Contact: 07438 716856 · info@247mobiletyrefitter.co.uk.
2. Quotes and prices
Prices are quoted on request. We give a firm price on the phone before dispatching the van, covering the tyre or part supplied, labour and the callout element. That is the price you pay at the kerb. Prices are valid for 24 hours from the time we quote. If the vehicle, tyre size, location or job scope turns out to be materially different on arrival, we will re-quote before starting work and you can decide whether to proceed.
3. Access, safety and cancellations
- You are responsible for making sure the vehicle is in a safe, accessible location for us to work — level ground, enough space to jack, and permission to be on the site.
- Roadside call-outs on live carriageways are attended under our REACT licence with the correct cones, lights and high-vis; where the police or National Highways require the vehicle to be recovered off the carriageway first, we will meet you at the nearest safe location.
- If you cancel after the van has been dispatched, we may charge the callout element of the quote.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time the work is completed. We accept card (contactless and chip-and-pin), cash, and bank transfer. Fleet and business contract customers are invoiced monthly on agreed terms.
5. Workmanship standards
Every tyre we fit is torqued to manufacturer specification with a calibrated torque wrench and dynamically balanced. Puncture repairs are carried out to BS AU 159 standard, where the damage is inside the safely-repairable area. Where a tyre is not safely repairable we will tell you and offer a replacement instead. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to the services we supply.
6. Manufacturer warranties
The tyres, batteries, brake components and TPMS sensors we supply carry the manufacturer's own warranty on the product itself. Where a manufacturer warranty claim is required we will assist with the paperwork. We do not offer any separate guarantee on top of that manufacturer warranty.
7. Customer-supplied tyres
We are happy to fit tyres you have bought elsewhere. We cannot warrant a tyre we did not supply — any manufacturing or defect claim must go through the vendor you bought it from.
8. Liability
We hold motor trade insurance and take reasonable care on every job. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any single job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
9. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer legislation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
