Fleet & Business Tyre Contracts — done properly, on your driveway.
What it is
A fleet contract is a written agreement between us and a business operator that fixes priority-response, pricing and invoicing terms. It replaces the ad-hoc 'call anyone who answers' model with a single dispatch line and consolidated monthly billing.
Who it's for
Van operators (couriers, trades, mobile services), taxi and private-hire firms, driving-school fleets, small hire fleets, and any business running 5+ vehicles where tyre downtime hits revenue.
When you need it
Any time your current arrangement is costing you either downtime (waiting hours for a slot) or paperwork (invoices from 6 different fitters a month). Both are solvable.
Why it matters
A vehicle off the road is a vehicle not earning. A well-priced fleet contract typically pays for itself in avoided downtime alone — before the per-tyre saving is counted.
- Priority 24/7 response
- Contract pricing on tyres and labour
- Monthly invoicing available
- Vans, taxis and small fleets
The cost of ignoring it is rarely the cost you expected.
Ad-hoc calling round for the cheapest quote
Costs you the hourly labour of whoever is dialling, plus the downtime of whichever driver is waiting. The 'saving' rarely covers either.
Different fitter every time
No consistent workmanship standard, no consistent brand of tyre, no consistent record of what's on each vehicle — impossible to plan or audit.
Overnight rates on every emergency
Non-contract emergency call-outs at 2am are priced accordingly. Contract customers pay a predictable rate — the difference matters over a fleet year.
Five steps. Same every time. No surprises.

Fleet & Business Tyre Contracts — the bits fitters usually skip.
Which operators benefit most
The clearest wins are for last-mile courier fleets (Amazon-adjacent, DPD-adjacent, medical courier), taxi and private-hire firms (each vehicle off the road is a shift lost), trades running two or more vans (heat-and-eat replacements at 6pm ruin the next morning), and driving schools (a tyre issue on a test morning is catastrophic). If your business puts vans on the road at speed, a contract nearly always pays.
What contract pricing actually looks like
Contract pricing is not a single discount off list. It's a rate card: per-tyre supply prices by size and brand tier, per-corner labour, per-repair rates, and clearly defined out-of-hours multipliers. It's built so both sides can predict the monthly figure without arguing the toss on every job. We share ours in writing before you sign anything.
Fleet coverage and paperwork
For fleets running across the M4 and M5 corridors — Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Gloucester, Swansea, Taunton, Hereford, Brecon, Chepstow — we can act as a single supplier rather than the operator holding accounts with three different regional fitters. Consolidated invoicing, VAT-compliant, with vehicle-level line items and mileage/date fields where required for audit or lease-return reporting.
Whether it's a driveway job in Cardiff, a roadside call-out around Newport, or across the Severn into Bristol, the standard is the same. See the full list of services, or head straight to the contact page.
Answers to what drivers actually ask.
What size fleet is a contract worth?
Typically from around 5 vehicles upward, though smaller fleets with high daily mileage or antisocial-hour operation often benefit sooner. We'll be straight on the phone about whether it's worth it.
Do I have to commit to a term?
Standard contracts are 12 months rolling, but the terms are negotiable. We'd rather have you renew because it's working than because you're locked in.
What's the priority-response commitment?
Priority-tier contract customers get first dispatch on 24/7 calls and typical response 30–45 minutes across core coverage. Written response-time targets are set out in the contract.
Can you supply the specific tyre brand our lease requires?
Yes — most lease and hire fleets specify a brand or tier (Continental, Michelin, Bridgestone). We contract to your specification, not ours.
What areas can you cover for a national fleet?
Our footprint is South Wales and the West of England — Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Gloucester, Swansea, Taunton, Hereford, Brecon, Chepstow. For UK-national coverage we can act as one regional supplier alongside others.
How does invoicing work?
Monthly consolidated invoice with vehicle registration, date, service, parts and cost — matched to your PO structure. VAT-compliant, sent by email in PDF or CSV.
Do you handle taxi and PHV fleets differently?
Yes — taxi and PHV work needs faster turnaround and a bias toward mid-range mileage tyres. Contract structure reflects that.
How do we get started?
One phone call. We'll go through your fleet, current pain points and geography, and send a written proposal within a couple of working days.
